Romany's CaravanThought to be the country's smallest tourist attraction, standing in the Romany Memorial Garden in the centre of Wilmslow is the Reverend George Bramwell Even's famous vardo, which featured in this author and broadcaster's radio programme for BBC Children's Hour and his many books. A Romany Society has a membership of over 300 and stages special events during the year. Opening times: The second Saturday of each month between May and September (not in August), 12-3pm. Free entry.
