Harrop Fold Farm, Rainow, is somewhere very special in the Peak District National Park, only 4 miles from Macclesfield; an historic 17th Century farm offering delightful en-suite Bed & Breakfast and Self-Catering Cottage Accommodation.
A perfect location for either a holiday break or business stay. Harrop Fold is nestling in a wooded gritstone valley on the western side of the Peak District National Park with magnificent views over the Cheshire Plain to the Welsh Mountains.
It has a courtyard of attractive traditional stone buildings which are of architectural and archaeological interest and there is evidence of a Roman road passing through.
Visitors are welcome to enjoy its land and to walk along the many footpaths that cross the property, including the Gritstone Trail which passes close by.
Bed & Breakfast Room Facilities: Each is individually-designed, ensuite and centrally heated with glorious views and offers the following:
- Television/dvd with dvd/cd library.
- A Welcoming Room Tray.
- Down pillows and duvet (non-allergic available).
- A pampering array of Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom.
- A choice of breakfast is served using the finest local ingredients, our own free range eggs and home-made preserves whenever possible.
A choice of room between:
- An Oak room with a beautiful king size English Oak four-poster bed.
- A large family room with a double and two single beds, or
- A twin room with a double and single bed.

The self-catering cottage is in an attractively converted barn sleeping up to 5 adults and 1 child. Two en-suite bedrooms upstairs, one is a four-poster double, the other a draped double with two single beds for either room. Downstairs is a sitting room and fully equipped kitchen. Glorious views from the terrace with garden furniture.
